FREE EE Cisco signal booster box

Just joined as a new forum member, so don't know if this has been posted before.

Our house is in a poor EE 2G and 3G signal spot. 'No service' showed up regularly on our 2 x iPhone 4S mobiles, meaning missed text messages etc. I complained via the 150 number and was told that I was eligible for a FREE EE signal booster box. This was in October and the box didn't get here until this month as they scrapped the previous model and are now sending out new ones made by Cisco. So better late than never and once it was activated it is doing a good job and 'No Service' is a thing of the past.

Our son suffers the same problem about 7 miles away and successfully contacted EE last week and after some haggling was also given booster box, they wanted £89.99 at first but he stuck to his guns.

So well done EE but you have to ask for it.:)
