Infrared Radiant Heating Panels

Can anyone help me find a Radiant Infrared heating panel that doesn't cost me an arm and a leg?
I want to kit out my office to find out if there are any benefits to using this form of heating.
I know that energy is energy and cannot be pulled out of a top hat so I'm not expecting to reduce my heating bill, I'm just intrigued to know about the air quality benefits and it's ability to prevent condensation and dramatically reduce the spread of germs.
If it does improve the air quality and help prevent the spread of germs as these guy's claim then I will save money, sickness from my staff cost me a fortune each year.
My Mother-in-law has one but it was not cheap, to kit out my offices would cost a small fortune, there cant be much to these so there must be a reasonably priced one somewhere!
Can anyone help?
PS. Not sure if I wan't a cheap and cheerful, electrocute everyone, set on fire and burn down the offices from China heater, but would consider if the quality was good.

Many thanks for the link, I've had a look.

This is why it is hard to make any kind of saving with these panels. If 1kW is 1kW, then you might as well get the cheapest heater you can.0 -

Without wanting to cause offence, I just don't have money to waste on this technology. Whether it works or not means very little when the cost of these units is so high.
Given the choice of two products that do the same thing, one that costs £30 and the other £300, I'll choose the £30 option.:D

After you have trialled them, I am confident you will post again with a glowing report!0 -

There are no 'air quality' benefits, think about it, germs are germs and a warm room, however it is heated will have convection currents, air will move, germs will spread....staff will go sick.
Condensation levels won't change either - people breath, exhale moisture, ventilation will help, not a change in type of heat.
As I said in the other thread, I don't see how IR will help you.0
