its only for £400 pounds.

From any lenders perspective the fact you have a CCJ is what matters. As it tells them a lot about you. Credit checking is also a profiling exercise.

Correct - I just double checked - may still be worth doing it though. You could always ask for judgement for the fee though you may not get it enforced

Hi, I was wondering if the OP got anywhere with this as I have a CCJ outstanding with this company however I am finding it really difficult to find out who to make payment to and I want the CCJ settled.

Write to the address given above? Although they have a "Proposal to strike off" marker and their accounts are overdue.

Apply for it to be set aside.

Someone should try an application to set aside here. They may have sold on their debts so anyone who owes money should bear that in mind.
