Vodafone have taken payment - have not topped up phone
Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if you could advise. Last week (08/01) I made a payment of £20 credit onto my girlfriend's phone and the payment cleared from my bank on 09/01. She still hasn't received the credit and has been told at her local Nottingham branch that I need to speak to someone in Spain about it . Okay, the deal is I AM in Spain, but the payment was made through vodafone.co.uk's website with a UK card for a UK phone - not sure what speaking to someone in Spain is going to do.
I've tried contacting vodafone, but it has proven impossible to find someone to talk to me via web/ telephone. Is it worth contacting my bank to cancel payment? Or, is there a cut off point for cancelation?
Your help would be much appreciated.
Sean

Hi Sean,
So I can take a closer look at this, please ask your girlfriend to email me with her details via the link in our profile, which has been posted by Collabora.
All she'll need to do is copy and paste the link into her web browser and it'll take her to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me, she'll also need to quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line.
Once sent, she'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Post back with this and I’ll check I've received it.
Kind regards,
Lee
