Compays like shopdirect do refuse to deliver to high risk addresses, where none payment or fraud has taken place.
This is just an internal process, nothing to do with the credit worthiness of others at the address.

still can stop a householdDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
