6 month Ast with payments spread

Yes there is you just need to stop posting about it on a public forum.
I agree, it's a pretty poor thread anyway as fishponds is ignoring much of what has been said and we still have no idea why the payment schedule is being proposed, so ending it now is probably the best for everyone.0 -
I agree.
The credit check is pointless as the tenant is in situ and has been for ages. Without issue.
The 'should be leaving' is erroneous as no S21 has been served and nor has a NTQ by the tenant.
The proposd payment schedule is complicated, unecessary, and raises addiional issues (already highlighted).
I'll repeat myself once more and then bow out for good:
Just let the tenancy move to a SPT.
(Or evict given there seem to be unspecified concerns about the tenant).0 -

If the tenant does not leave on the date specified on the S21, The eviction process will commence.
Pity I did not serve it a little earlier.I am a LandLord,(under review) so there!:p0 -

What information will a credit check now give you?
As said by others, I think you are over-complicating things a lot.
You could do nothing and stay on a periodic AST.
Seemingly enough info to hide away and doesn't want me to see it.
Which actually worries me more than if I sighted it.I am a LandLord,(under review) so there!:p0
