Interesting - glad I checked my file

I have just checked my file on Noodle and it shows that I have some credit cards and a loan that has been defaulted on but I have never had these cards or loan. I have never lived in Essex which is the address and I have never been married - it says Mrs and I don't even know the man that is linked to my file.

How do I go about getting these removed from my file??

I checked Callcredit and Equifax and they don't show on there

Noddle and CallCredit are the same, I presume you mean Experian.

Contact the companies in question and inform them that you are not said person/never lived at the address given and ask them to remove the data from your files. They may ask you for a crime reference number in which case you will need to contact the police and report the ID theft to them and go back to the companies with this info.

Contact the credit reference agency that the debts appear on and dispute the entries and the financial associate.

Sorry I did a thread the other day and I can't find it, I need some advice about my credit file.

I have been onto Noodle and it has been very eye opening, I have got 8 accounts - bank accounts, phone account, a defaulted loan of £6000 and store cards all of which DON'T belong to me.

The woman has the same name as me, a couple of the accounts have her married name with a double barreled surname and there are 2 address for a county that I have never lived in....

There are also various searches for insurance etc which I know don't affect credit but still there are about 20 plus one for Anti money laundering - no idea...

How on earth do I get these removed??

I am trying to get my credit score/file sorted because my ex left me with debt galore

Raise a dispute with Noddle and ask them to remove the accounts.
