Does Plusnet use UK call centres?

Hi,
I'm posting on behalf of a family member who has problems hearing.
He uses BT for calls and broadband, but keeps getting faults with the line and the Indian call centres used by BT are driving him mad.
Am I right in thinking Plusnet use UK call centres? I am thinking this may be a solution for him.
Thanks

Yes UK .
But why does he not use the BT Chat and type in the question the reply is typed in English .
Its on the help page of his account .
Line faults will be BT Openreach in both cases . So i would try and get the line fixed .0 -
Thanks for the reply.
I wasn't aware you could use chat for faults. Doesn't it make it difficult running through the usual line tests before they book an engineer.
BT Openreach are working on the fault now, but I think he will change after that.
Moving to Plusnet should also save him about £15/month.0 -
The last couple of line faults I've had on my BT line was checked by me using their online tester, I didn't speak to anyone at all, the test concluded something was wrong at their end and they sent an engineer to repair the line outside.
However, I do have Plusnet for my internet because of their UK call centre! (just in case)
