I thought GSP only kicked in for those sellers who did not offer international sales.
I don't want to hijack this thread, but am I understanding it correctly? Even if I sell "UK only" and offer only UK postage, and block bids from buyers "registered in countries I don't post to", GSP can 'kick in' and a buyer can still bid from overseas?

    You need to opt out.

Read this, near the bottom is info on how to opt out.

To opt out of the Global Shipping Programme:
Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences.
Click the Show link to the right of the Postage Preferences section.
Click the Edit link to the right of Offer the Global Postage Programme.
    Click Opt Out.
Review the information. If you still wish to opt out, click Continue to opt out.

Thanks! Have just been there and find I appear to be already opted out by default (perhaps because I'm not a business seller?). Anyway, "Offer the Global Shipping Programme" says 'No', and if I click 'Edit' it just offers to let me enrol.
