Letter before court action from Parking Eye

Hi
Please can anyone help give me a template letter, so I can reply to this letter before court action I just received from parking eye, after parking in Morrison.
I have read through this site, but I am only seeing how to appeal a ticket, but I ignored the tickets, and now I have received this letter before court action.
And after sending a letter to them, what should the next stage be.
From my reading parking eye is now sending out a lot of these letters as people have been ignoring the tickets
Please help
thanks

Always read the sticky (top) info threads first. Crabman's sticky threads near the top of the forum include (as mentioned by Redx) a thread written by a retired solicitor, all about 'LBCCC fightback'. Tells you exactly how to reply and/or give the name and address of the driver to reset the clock back to easy appeal stage (don't ask, READ!).

And another one called 'Successful complaints about PPCs' with loads of stories about people getting their tickets cancelled when they complain to Supermarket CEOs such as at Morrison's head office. I put that sticky thread together myself and included all the named email addresses for the Supermarkets etc., to enable newbies to get their tickets cancelled by complaining. So it's disappointing you have stopped - presumably - after only skim-reading the appeals section in post #1 of the Newbies thread and assumed there's nothing else at the top of the forum for your situation.

It's already here in the forum, already all set out for you as to what to do. You haven't read the right sticky threads yet.

Thank you I have seen the template for the acknowledgment,
I guess i should write to parking eye with that template and also contact Morrison supermarket boss.
But it seems parking eye have made a few adjustments at the back of their letter, I wonder if someone would like to up date this on the sticky thread as i have a copy

dalton philips has either resigned or will be soon, but you should still contact their head office anyway, asap

    ie:- just do it !

you will find contact details in one of those sticky threads (its all there if only people would look)

you can either add to the LBCCC post yourself, or pm crabman and ask him to add the info for you

read and follow the advice in the SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS thread, complaining to head office, even though its not him any more, they will still have his department dealing with complaints

not sure why everyone is so focussed on templates, have people forgotten how to write a letter ?
  • I wrote a letter based on a template to Lidl CEO which resulted in PCN being cancelled so these approached DO work.

I didn't see the letter for LIDL, sometimes when you are searching this sites, you don't see exactly what you need as there are so many things to read and so many links to follow, which leads you to somewhere else.
But I have sent a letter to Morrison, saying that I am a regular shopper and I also use their cafe and I was disappointed to receive this letter, which I attached a copy.lets see what they do.
Then I wrote a letter to parking eye, telling them to follow the correct procedures in issuing their letter before court action, again let's see what they say

    Hi
I have not yet heard from parking eye about my acknowledgment letter for their letter before court action.
What should I do, I also read somewhere that if you receive this type of letter you should apply to the court to have it set aside and pay £155.
I have not done that yet, is it too late , and do I need to wait for a reply of the acknowledgment letter or should I do it now

They will ignore the fightback letter and so will the district judge.
The next correspondence will be court papers.

Why people are been told to waste time with the LBCCA fight back letter I dont know.
Think and think hard, who was driving, could you name someone else as driver if you "remember" who it is and reset the clock and then make an appeal and popla appeal and thats it done. .
    Read between the lines !
