Letter before court action from Parking Eye

My advice to all regarding parking fine or notices from my experience is to avoid them altogether avoid overstaying at car parks as getting these tickets are too much of a hassle to deal with.
First of all it gets you worried and stressed, then you have to search online for information on what to do, even if all the information is here, sometimes it is hard to find because there are so much to read, you just want someone to come to your rescue immediately and tell you what to do or give you templates for everything so that you don't have to use your brain!! Then you have to sit down and write letters etc, and wait endlessly for their replies.
But if you get these tickets no need to pay you can appeal it and at the same time write to the chief executive of the company, and follow all the directions here if it is taken further
I have received a lot of these tickets and ignored them, but I found that those from Morrison parking eye never give upthey then to chase you for a bit longer, than others.
Here is a copy of the letter I wrote to Morrison
To the chief executive
Dear Sir Re:parking fine from Morrison at (enter your location)
I am a regular shopper at this Morrison as that is the closest to my location.
To my surprise a received a ticket for an amount of £100 from a company called parking eye.
This is very distressing as it stops customers from spending money in your supermarket and afterwards having something to eat in your cafe.
I am writing so that you can contact parking eye to canel the ticket and drop their action, as this is not acceptable to your loyal customers. I would no longer be shopping in your supermarket if this action is not suspended.
Enclosed is a copy of the parking notice
Thanks0
