Dont forget to complain to the car park owner as well, you should also tell the landowner that unless they call off their agents you may charge them ( the land owner) any expenses run up as a result of the actions of parking eye.

Borhamwood is well known for this and this has featured several times in local newspapers. It's worth writing to them. Pe even took someone to court for this car park and lost (for technical reasons. They refused to produce a contract).
I suspect a stining problem with the ANPR. Perhaps the cameras are too low. Appeal on these grounds but come back for a more robust popla appeal if they reject.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
