    well done chewy

it warms the cockles of my hear every time stupid JAS lose another case , especially if I helped along the way

hit me or my family and I hit back harder, over and over , so JAS take note

JAS tried to sc@m a relative of mine, so they get it back in spades, the more that do this the more they lose, but then it is money to which they are NOT ENTITLED

And so say all of us. Premier tried to scam me and it has given me considerable pleasure to help with any little bit of info or help with anyone here who have a scamvoice by them.

well done, but believe me b&m are not interested,i go in there regurlarly( i take its the one in stockport), and tell them and customers about these clowns, though an interesting observation from me,is the signs are naff, you would win on that alone, far to small to read,,,incidentally this car park is 50 yards away from "peel centre" in the words of george osbourne "we are all in it together" meaning jas and excell,,,,there is no doubt jas on their rare visits to this car park,,hide and wait for unsuspecting motorists who dont posses "supermans eyes" to leave the said car park and then swoop, just like simon renshawe smiths lot across the road.well done all the same.

    yes it was stockport
  • I swear, "Adam" must be one of the thickest individuals in the whole PPC business. And that's up against some pretty stiff competition.

I mean, to submit in evidence, a contract which shows that you have no right to operate in the place is truly beyond belief. That same redacted-to-the-point-of-providing-a-complete-defence was fielded in my case too, although I won on GPEOL.

The weirdest bit is this: JAS probably do have the contract to operate that car park on behalf of the tenant (but almost certainly not from the landowner). So if they had only just not redacted all of the site names, it wouldn't then have been the slam dunk that it was. Although undated and unsigned still kills it as a valid document.

But they are truly so mind-numbingly incompetent that they cannot even present an amateur case to POPLA. Hence having the worst success record of any PPC at POPLA. They'd be much better off with the IPC, where irritating quibbles like truth, competence, facts and legality aren't allowed to stand in the way of honest-to-God grifting.

    Nice post BlackSpangle.

Almost abbreviated your name, but thought 'Nice post BS' might have been misunderstood! :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
