Jet Car Wash damaged paint on my car

Hi everyone! I took the g/f's car to the local car wash Saturday and a small nik in the back bumper has now turned into the paint on an area the size of a tennis ball being removed and back to the bare plastic. Can anyone advise what me rights in this scenario are?
