Have a problem with mobile phone. Sent it away for repair, Message back saying not repairable. Went to collect phone from shop in Coventry. I quoted sale of goods act etc.. Nothing. The customer Service adviser could not explain to me why they hadn`t fixed it. She would not release my phone until I had signed the form saying it had all been explained to me. Extremely annoyed, I signed and walked out. They think because they are a large firm, they can walk all over people. I feel I have been treated disgracefully, so a little bit of advice would be most welcome.

You need to provide more information if you want any help, as it is impossible to work out from your initial post who is in the wrong, and also what advice to give.
How old is the phone?
What is the issue?
Why is it not repairable?
Are they saying it is user damage?
What is the situation now?0 -
