How to get a final refund from TalkTalk?

Hi
I recently swapped away from TalkTalk (thanks to MSE) and I've received my final bill which shows the credit thew owe me: £24.35.
Instead of simply refunding me, which they should do, I have to contact them to ask for it back. Trouble is that the two phone numbers I've tried (both 0870 numbers!) don't recognise MY phone number when I enter it, presumably because I've already left. When I enter my email address on their website, that is also no longer recognised.
How on earth do I get them to give me back MY money!?
