they don't ask for card details to pay membership. they use the ones provided to pay the order...I still don't think this is legal..what happened with the invoices? why is the bank not notified if you don't have money in you're account to pay one month? they are happy with whatever they can get from people's accounts, as it's a scam, so it works for them..

Hey everyone!! Recently I found out about "JustFab" prank..own experience. First time when I got a pair of shoes from that company, it was 2 years ago, using a debit card which I keep it more as a spare card. This month I noticed that those guys are taking money from my acc, every time they have the opportunity, because of the sh**y VIP membership. I don't think that this is legal at all.
You subscribed to a subscription service. What's not legal about that?
