Unable to get Refund from JustFAB

Hi,
I signed up with JustFAB thinking the shoes are very cheap and thought I'd treat the misses. However what I didn't know is that they charge you £35 per month regardless of you purchasing or not. I've noticed recently that you can skip the months. However I have 4 credits on my account, this is equal to £140. I do not want to buy anything else and I cannot get a refund. I don't know what to do. This is what they have said --
based on the terms and condition under article 7.1 in which you agreed stated that member credit has no cash value, but it will be refunded towards purchasing an item.
please can someone kindly advise, I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.
Unless If I sell these credits somehow?
Thanks

so you never read their termsYour VIP membership obliges you to make the following choices each month: either make a purchase, or if you are not interested, to skip the month by the 5th of the month. Note: If you do not take action by the 5th, you will be charged £35 for a member credit, which can be redeemed at any time for 1 JustFab style worth £35.
You may cancel your VIP membership at any time.0 -

I know I should have read it but I buy alot of things online but never come across a site like this, where they charge you every month unless you skip it? but again it's still it's my own money right?0

Follow their procedure to cancel your subscription. Use the credit you currently have to buy shoes. If you don't want to give them to your partner then you could always sell them on eBay to recoup some of your money.0

Hey everyone!! Recently I found out about "JustFab" prank..own experience. First time when I got a pair of shoes from that company, it was 2 years ago, using a debit card which I keep it more as a spare card. This month I noticed that those guys are taking money from my acc, every time they have the opportunity, because of the sh**y VIP membership. I don't think that this is legal at all. I'm trying to find out if anyone of you got the membership money back. You all know how they are taking the money from our accounts...is there anyway to get them refunded? thanks
PS: did anyone tried the Ombusman? I'm not going to give up on this...0 -
When I bought the shoes from them I thicked the same T&C thing there. They have taken money from my account for more than 1 year. I didn't noticed this as the acc I used is my spare acc. So I don't use it often. And this month I noticed "my direct debit" with them. Its my mistake that I didn't checked the acc more often, but in the same time is about how you're buying a pair of shoes and they use you're info to take the money, it's about not sending a invoice/email to notify you. when I called them, the women from the phone just told me "you should log in into your online account"...0
