Buyer not paid - relist?

I accepted an offer 24hrs after it was made but they have purchased another and therefore don't intend to pay. Can I relist it straight away? Or should I raise an dispute case? The item has an expiry date so need to get on with it. And I only have 1 to sell Help!

The first option will give you a defect. The second option may give you a defect, but will automatically go (or not be awarded) if there is an ebay message detail asking for a cancellation.

Edit. I have just read your thread. You should be opening a dispute for non payment on day 2. You should NOT be cancelling.
