I bought a well known gardeny soup that comes in a carton and it says on the packet that I can freeze it. Sounds like a silly question but can I freeze it in the carton, or is it liable to explode?Every act of kindness, no matter how small, isn’t wasted ❤️

I freeze hm and that soup all the time. I usually pull the top open as it expands a bit & I've had it split a container and leak as it defrosted once. x0

Had a delivery.
Just updating the sig. now.
Got quite a bit from April's meal plan as Mr T sent a £7 off a £50 shop...& I didn't need nearly that much. (I went on My5upermarket and found everything I needed that was cheaper there before I shopped as I usually make sure I get cheaper bits from A5da, A1di and L1dl). :T0 -
Just reporting a £7.75 spend tonight. I popped into co@p for cream cheese, and spent an extra fiver on YS pasta sauce, YS crisps, YS chocolate!
I need to stop buying rubbish just because it has a sticker on it! I think I'm going to try to keep a list of all the rubbish I buy next month (chocs, crisps and sweeties), in the hope that the fact that these spends are hugely inflating my food budget (and belly) will encourage me to cut down!
Anyway, the cream cheese will (along with some salmon I got with a discount voucher) form the basis of all my work lunches next week, and I have stacks of food in, so I will have minimal spends this weekend.2025 goals
