Then why not go help to buy with Halifax? You'll go through the exact same credit scoring but buying CO will have a 4.5 times income cap on your wife.0 -

There isn't. It's available. Most of the banks offer it. Halifax seem to be the most lenient on credit score. It'll be quicker for you. Co-ownership conveyancing can take a long long time.0 -
