So it's now a week since the guy did the survey and not a whisper. I think I will give it till tomorrow and call them. I am not hopefully but just want to know as I rent the house I am trying to buy right now and if the sale falls threw I need to find somewhere else.

Have you had any more word 3 weeks tomorrow since the valuation and I am still waiting. I called last week and was just told yeah they had all the information and would let me know the decision once they reviewed it! :mad:

Yeah co-ownership accepted on 4th July, exactly 1 month after application submitted. We are now in the process of arranging the mortgage.

How long after your interview did you get the offer? I just got a date for my interview today.

Straight away. The interview was a quick 10 minute chat, more or less, about the finance side of the things and the property its self and then the offer made at end of the call. The guy went through the next steps and we received the offer letter 3 days later.
