Only I've got an Orange PAYG that's used almost never for outgoing calls/texts and it's just used up the last of £5 put on it 3 or 4 years ago.

I was just considering another £5 or £10 top up

However I bought a T-Mobile MIFI (Huawei) device a few months ago (now has my 3-mobile data sim in it) but part of the very good deal from Argos was the purchase of a £10 top-up .....

... which I still have, an unused code but for T-Mobile.

I presume you thought, like I, since Orange and T-Mobile became one, and then became EE, they are interchangeable ?

Orange, T-Mobile & EE vouchers are 100% not interchangeable.
Refund at least one of the wrong ones a day....
