Flight Delayed and Compensation BH Airlines

Hi 'Steve' I had a 8 hour delay at Manchester on 14.June.2014 flying with BH Air to Bourgas.
I wrote to BH Air many times for compensation with the help of Which? .They dragged there heals 'waiting for pending court cases' etc etc.
Eventually the turned down my claim with a long winded excuse which I thought breached EU Regulations.
I gave my case to the CAA to evaluate ... they found in my favour stating BH Air should pay up.
They declined.
I was then advised to forward my case to the European Consumer Centre.
They also tried to get BH Air to pay up.
They declined once again.
All this has taken me approx 16 months.
I have now given my case to a legal company (AirDelay of Truro) to follow up and hopefully take this company to court.
I know they will take 25% of any payout but its a No Win No Fee contract.
Watch this space.
PS : I have heard that the delayed plane we were supposed to fly on had dangerous toxic fumes entering the cabin....passangers were choking and were suffering breathing problems.Hense the plane returned to Bourgas.(We had friends who travelled on that plane)
