My direct debit payment was due to go out on 15th of each month according to my online account. On Monday I received my latest invoice stating payment would be taken on 9th January. I complained and the response was they applied for it on the 8th. My bank account is set up to cover payments as and when I know they are due…

Giraffe69, may you never get health problems that stops you going to the shops. I am house bound. Do you think I would be paying M & More prices if I could get to the shops?

In that case why not try online shopping with the major supermarket of your choice. You won't need a DD with them.
