I have PlusNet broadband and Nowtv boxes in two rooms and seem to have no problems. You'll be fine.

Although a lot of broadband problems are network related, on the occasions I've had problems, I've found Plusnet much more knowledgeable and responsive than TalkTalk who seem to only be able to read from scripts and have no real knowledge or inclination to acknowledge or fix issues (I moved to Plusnet from TalkTalk 2 years ago)

Customer service is worse that talk talk I moved what a mistake avoid plusnet at all costs
They also lost my daughters number and had to give her a new number and they stole my business phone line leaving us with no phone or internet and the business is NOT with plusnet, it will cost £1000s ofcon now investigating.

They used to have a (entirely undeserved in my experience) reputation for great customer service. They were then acquired as by BT as a budget brand.

Nevertheless they do have UK call centres separate from BT's south Asian ones, and it's hard to see how they could be any worse than BT in other areas.
