£7.65 is great for long-term savings.
Buys a lunch - next up need to save enough for dinner.

I have failed on not doing a weekly shop, I'm finding it really hard not to have fresh stuff at the beginning of the week therefore packed lunches are rubbish and I hate giving them nothing other than really good stuff, so I've slashed the budget by £10 and I'm back to every Sunday again.
Items on bookface selling page, pics nearly finished for fleabay listings tonight as think evenings are a better time for stuff to end. In fact, just sold £9 worth of stuff on bookface.
Going to spend the next hour or so on me, planning menus and looking at NT places we want to get in prior to our membership expiring.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Evening DF0D,
Happy Friday!!
I struggle with no weekly shop too, I think you're doing the right thing going back to Sunday deliveries. It was worth a shot though.
Have a lovely weekend xxMummytogirls x0 -
Well done on the selling :T
Shame about the food shop, but key thing is you gave it a go
My CK order arrived yesterday - thrilled to bits and hopefully the recipients will be too!Back on the DFW Wagon:

Yes Ali - mine came this week and I've stashed bits away and liking the bag I got for me as well.
Managed to snaffle a lie in today, both me and DH have dodgy tummies today but littlies have a party later, so one or both of us will take them to that and then I think a quiet afternoon. Both littlies seem to have the beginnings of coughs again as well.
No movements in the bank accounts, raised the palpal issue to a claim now and hope that gets sorted soon. DH payday monday..DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Productive selling day, sold £88 worth of stuff on fleabay. Party was good fun, though DS is really chesty with a cough.. not expecting a whole heap of sleep tonight now but you never know.
Two items listed on fleabay and a lot of stuff on bookface selling sites, though not much interest so far.
That's Saturday folks! Settling down to Blacklist now.. we have nearly finished Season 1 and it's gripping!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Withdrew the fleabay earnings and long term savings upped and another payment made to CC1, that's now at £3525.24 - that will be under £3499 this month..
CC3 is down to £937.73, would dearly like that one under £900 to feel like I'm making progress, but as always, this is 0% so should be getting the minimum of my attention!
CC4 is down to £3449.08.. hoping to get that under £3399
investigated music lessons for the littlies this weekend as well, not something we can massively afford, but it's something that is important to me - anyway the first one is free to see what they and the teacher thinks.. planning to go every other week for each one if they like it. they also do free music hire which would help as well.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Just added £359 to CC4 for the back door, the frame etc.. also need to add home insurance to this later of £104 for the best quote. so that's an additional £463 on there, I will clear £385 of this, this month with the budgeted home amount, not having to pay the Council tax and an extra child benefit payment this month as it's every four weeks. Will then clear the remaining £78 this month but put the home account £78 in debt and then clear that from February payday.
Feeling a bit out of control with finances again at the moment. But some of the planned house work of this year was getting this door in and once this payment is done, that's actually the home improvements sorted for the next few months as we plan to put the window we are taking out in the garage wall, so DH will be kept busy.
Will need to buy locks and hinges when we do the work, hoping to do it February half term.. anyway feel better knowing we can pay it straight off.. thank goodness for double benefit months and two free council tax months!
Sold another £7 worth of stuff overnight on bookface selling sites, but also bought £20 worth of lego stuff for DS which is a really good deal, will put it away for another time, just need to find £13 for payment tomorrow now!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Warning, I am a grizzly bear head today / tonight.
Naff day, headache.. got excited about DH's miniscule pay rise to find out today that NI payments relating to LGPS pensions are going up, so that's the tiny amount we had wiped out. People just irritated me all day.. and I can't seem to shake it. then the kids decided to spend the night generally being horrible to each other, so they went to bed early.
Few surveys done on 1poll, all quiet otherwise. TCB still not tracking anything it seems at the moment.
DH's wages in and I've divvied it up, just waiting for mine now on Friday to know what the month looks likeDFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
