Also some people use templates for their sites and dont configure the forms to go to their email, so you fill in form and send , but it goes nowhere. also before filling in these forms then make sure it shows on a https page otherwise what you add is not secure.

On the topic of facepalm contact us pages - I find it entertaining that Zoo+'s website has the option to attach and send a photo, but the photo doesn't actually attach or send.

Because it is a Vent Forum and I was having a Vent...

Most sites like webform contact us pages as it's harder for you to save a paper copy of a complaint should it escalate...

But yes its a VENT board, but who is the vent against, are we all to have a guessing game.

letting people know who the vent is against allows others to know who to avoid.

no one is arguing, we are just trying to get the point across that if you want a vent then name who the vent is against.

completely agree; it's implicit because this whole site's thrust and raison d'etre is about mutuality and helping other people. Not just being selfish and having a vent with no details.

So far your the only person who has the view you've got as far as writing something on here but not including any useful details at all. It's almost as if if you were to put any details you're worried someone will go and look themselves then find you're wrong.
