dial-a-phone - cash back claim 2014

we took out a new EE contract via dial-a-phone, in june 2014. we purposely took out a higher value contract as this particular one offered a cash back (by redemption).
we thought nothing of it, until just recently when we discovered that dial-a-phone was part of the phones for u chain which has gone belly up!
what rights do we have to get the cash back?
what procedure do we follow.
any help would be appreciated.
thanks

Well simple
You wont get any Cash Back, as this was offered by dial-a-phone and not EE. you could give the administrators a call https://www.pwc.co.uk but i dont think this will help0 -
You don't have any real rights, but reportedly, many people were successful in reducing the cost of their contracts by contacting their network and asking nicely.takeapeek2007 wrote: »...
