One week in and still no incoming calls. They say it is a known problem and should be fixed within another 2 days. Tesco phoned talktalk technical support as they are dealing with it. Talktalk phoned tesco technical support as they are dealing with it. Confused?

Yes you can. I tried upgrading to fibre a while ago and it failed badly. I was allowed to leave penalty free. Just talk to them they don't want unhappy customers.:footie:
