Which is what we used to have with hereditary peers before politicians started meddling and filling the place with, as you put it, time-serving chancers.

You have made it quite plan that your national socialism has no place for democratic decision making and wish to ignore the democratic vote of the Scottish people about independence.

The Barnett formula is corrupt and a disgrace to anyone that believes in 'fairness' and social justice.
