Hi everyone,
Sending good thoughts CLF, Bob and others who are having a trying day. I suspect this first full week of work in Jan has a contagious down feel to it after all our lovely feasting and holidaying.
Welcome to newbies, I love MSE forum threads, this is my favourite. but I am continuously learning off others little ways to keep focused, cheerful and on target with £££ (that is cheap, but do not tell my DH).
Anyway I am posting to update on shredding, a whole 4 drawers of filing cabinet at home sorted, where required shredded and refiled.
45 bags of work papers shredded and bagged. Still lots to shred in work, but it feels really good to be doing rather than making excuses for not doing just now. My back is screaming. Had a lovely stew from freezer tea and going to slap some pastry on for tomorrow tea and turn it into a steak pie. My freezers are full to exploding.0 -

Evening all!
Didn't complete my list yesterday as had to pop prescription in the doctors (should have been on my list yesterday!) and then popped into see my parents.
Today I have/will:
* checked banks
* lunch from stores
* dinner will be bolognaise that I got out yesterday thinking it was cottage pie - should pay more attention!
* changed duvet
* go to Zumba
* used free naked bar voucher which scanned at 75p but it only cost 50p so got 25p off my water (needed a new bottle to take to Zumba as I lost mine)
Think that's everything as don't have much time this evening!
can i ask where you bought your naked bar to please?? i have that voucher to use too and if its in one of the shops i use I'm more than happy to make the most of it!0 -
