I contacted Quidco a few days ago, asked about £40 cashback taking a long time to pay. I also said seemed like alot of other people were in the same boat. Got a reply almost straight away saying they would pay the cashback and recoup from Halifax. Makes you think maybe they did have it all along. Just thought this may help others:)

Update: I had an online chat with CS and they said my Halifax cashback usually takes 3/4 months and I am still within this timeframe.
But they did agree that my Nationwide cashback was overdue and so has authorised the payment and will reclaim this back from Nationwide.

I contacted Quidco via support a few days ago and they did the same as roxyladycumbria so good result. I decided to have it payout as an Amazon voucher = extra 6% in value.

I have also contacted Quidco about this and another transaction which has gone to "Payment Delay". Awaiting a reply.

About two weeks ago, they awarded another "Payment Delay" for £60 from their own pocket (apparently) which had been stagnant for a while.

    Hi Norm
How long ago did yours track?
Mine tracked on the 14th Jan and my switch completed on 22 Jan
I'm not sure how long I should be waiting....

Tracked Dec 9th, switch completed 18th. So maybe another month for you?

I had two switches tracked in mid Jan (one for me, one for the wife, done a day apart) and quidco have now offered to honour them after I contacted support - they've both been at Payment Delay for a while now. Certainly can't fault quidco's response, although it's a shame people are having to manually chase this up.

Got a response to my tickets. They confirmed my £40 cashback for Halifax and £60 for Betfair Casino. However still waiting for my home insurance which is still within the 3-4 month timescale.

Good result, so thank you to everyone above who has posted suggesting contacting Quidco.

Does anyone know if cashback is available on Halifax accounts regularly?

Looks like the £40 has finished, but wouldn't mind opening just for the £5pm.

I opened a Halifax account 14/01/2015 and was informed by Quidco 15/01/2015 that it had successfully tracked. I was informed today 10/07/2015 that it is ready to be paid. Just shy of 6 months is a long time to wait but better late than never.
