My contract ended last month i had been paying £13 for unlimited use,when i tele to get a better deal they offered me £14.25 a month(jokers)i phoned them today said i would be leaving if that was still the best they could do and hey presto £5.85 month unlimited 12 month contract saving £144...result
i initially contacted them via live chat they then called me back and all sorted in 5 minutes:D

yup i know that but I'm happy with bt get good service so didn't want to move,just saying it would save me £144

I just spoke to BT and they say that the cheapest I can get as an existing customer is £13.85. I threatened to leave but it didn't make any difference... Might be because my exchange is ancient and we haven't really got any decent choice of providers.

Ask for your MAC code but don't need to use it .
Retentions may well contact you .
