how to extend ring time on bt 3710 trio phone

it would really help to know how to extend ring time on bt 3710 trio phone as my mother is slowing up and always takes longer and so misses the call

    I presume you are using the built in answerphone rather than BT for voice messages.

    The default for the answerphone is 5 rings. You can increase this to 9 rings maximum by changing the settings via Menu, Ans Phone and Settings.

    It's on page 35 of the user manual.
