    All,
we're in the middle of remortgage and current account switch so ive backed off for a few weeks in order to get our redemption as low as possible. We've currently got a oneaccount so am also in the midst of removing all savings, and as its totally offset i need every little bit of cash in the account.

I'll be back on board by wifes next payday (16th Feb) and have an e-savings account all prepped and ready to go!
    MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......

I have just added £28 to my VSP. I have decided to do the £1 a day challenge thing (not sure if it's an actual challenge on here but i'm just doing it by myself) so i'm going to add £7 to the pot every Wednesday before i'm paid then my change for this challenge after my money has gone in :) I hope that's ok...... if it's not i'll do it in secret and not tell you all mwahahaha

I'll see you all later for my post wages potting...

*makes a note in diary to dole out some birthday bumps....I mean cake* :D

You can save whatever you want however you want crimson - I figure as long as we are squirreling away then it doesn't really matter what size or where the nuts came from :T. I'm throwing extra bits and bobs at debt payment at the moment but if I wasn't I'd be adding those bits to my VSP :)

    Evening everyone :)

Only a small VSP amount this week - skimmed my bank account... £12.74

Next month's payments and bills - bring them on! :D
  • Just put £39.20 into my VSP :j

When i transfer money and see my bank balance go down i have always thought of it the same as spending money. I don't know why but in my head that's how it's been and it's held me back from potting bigger amounts. I sat myself down recently and explained that should i ever really need that money it's there, it's still mine. It's going from my bank to MY bank.

So hopefully i'll be here declaring more :D

Nix - i too believe that as long as your saving it doesn't matter where or how much!!
