Hey Nix, can i join please. I will be doing this along with my sealed pot. I will transfer mine on a wednesday as that's payday for me. So i should hopefully be posting tonight. I already have 3p in my SPC savings account as for some reason the bank gives me 1p a month interest even though all the money has been removed...... Lovely to have you crimson.addict - are you ok with being #12? The thread started late and I don't think a lot of the old members are doing this challenge any more so I've reallocated the numbers

Thanks for the new number nix143. My total so far is £19.17. It's a shame more people haven't joined up to this challenge yet because I think it's great. I'm really looking forward to watching everyone's totals creeping up each week.SPC #229= £103.76(2014)

Thanks tracy6697 - hopefully we'll pull in some more members as we toddle along. I set up a spreadsheet yesterday. It can only ever be a rough estimate but it should give us a ballpark where we're at figure. I'll announce at end of every monthComps £2016 in 2016 - 1 wins = £530 26.2%

Morning....
I had a Tesco Delivery this morning and I'm never sure exactly what they are going to take out because they only give you a rough estimate of what the Bill will be....
Anyway...so I had a little leftover in my Account from that so I have put a little more in my VSP...so I'm now up to £14.47
Not bad considering it's just been money to tidy up my Account....
Still not sure what I'll do with the Money....I may well pay some off a Debt or use it for Christmas Presents....Or a new Tattoo...we shall see how much is in there at the end of the Year...there is a looooooooooooooooooong way to go yet!!
I finally got a Date from the Hospital yesterday....it's next Thursday (22nd Jan)....can't say I'm looking forward to it but I know it has to be done....so I'm just going to get on with it and do it....
Welcome to our New Members...0 -

Indeed it does, you'll be surprised at how quickly it all accumulates!
ETA: if it makes things easier, can I be moved to number 13 please Nix? I'm not particularly attached to 29, and 13 is actually my lucky number.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Yep, slow and steady definitely wins this race!! I was having a think....I have been dying for a new Tattoo for a few years now...I know what I want and where I want it...just need to have the money to buy it now!! So I think I might spend my VSP on a new Tattoo....would be great to treat myself to a new one for my Christmas 2015 Pressie
Keep going everyone....we WILL all get there...0 -
