Chase up your complaint to the BPA they usually force Trev to give a POPLA code. He really doesn't like giving them out unless he is made to.

Oh WHY did you not just appeal when you got the first flippin' letter? The silly 'Outstanding Parking Charge' is their version of the NTK and you were told initially to wait for that and appeal. Everyone gets that from this firm, then they appeal. Simple.

In the Newbies thread I am at pains to say 'Notice to keeper' (or whatever they call the first letter). Don't tell me you didn't appeal.

Next you will be panicking about the fake court claim Expedion send you because you haven't read about that either - please please stop asking what happens next and not expecting the next letter, like you are the first person to get it. This thread is hard work and the wheels have fallen off pointlessly when you should have just appealed! A simple search of other threads or reading the stickies would tell you what to do and what to expect next.

Really this did not have to follow this route. Should have been at POPLA stage by now. How tedious to have to drag this through the complaint route. Tell me - the Outstanding Parking Charge also doesn't mention POPLA does it, and it tells you that you can only appeal using a Business Reply Card that they didn't enclose...and it uses words like offence and penalise, on the back? You have carefully read the small print and spotted the issues with it I hope.

And of course that's been the basis of your complaint to the BPA...hasn't it. The problems with the letter not offering POPLA. Or did it offer POPLA?

Read up about the Expedion letter and fake court claim. Inform yourself in advance, this time. Wow this was a waste of your time, all due to not reading the advice on the forum already. Sooo easy to beat these at POPLA. Pretty easy to get it cancelled too, if you say the right things to the BPA and spot the problems with the first letter.

I'm now really confused. Have lots of things going on in my life at the moment. Do I send a copy of all letters attached to the template letter you provide in the Newbies thread, to the PPC and the BPA. I did read the thread, but I am now worried I have misunderstood things.

I'm confused as to exactly what you have done. Did you appeal to Trev? Did ANPR reply? Did you complain to the BPA?

Sorry I have not done an appeal to ANPR yet.
I have not complained to BPA yet either.
The template letter is waiting to be posted, but as I said, work is mad busy at the moment as is my personal life and I keep putting it off.
I know I don't need a... You should have already.
Just need someone to lay it out in STUPID terms

Then post the template letter! You are close to running out of time to appeal. Get it sent off and get free proof of posting.

OK I appealed to ANPR and have just received a letter explaining why they will not uphold my appeal, but also a POPLA code. I also received a final demand 2 days prior to this.
I also received a letter from BPA, stating that they would investigate complaint and once resolved would be in touch.
Do I wait for BPA reply or do I contact POPLA

Contact POPLA with a forum inspired appeal. Then zee what the BPA reply. Two separate issues.

Concentrate on this, or you will find yourself a lot poorer!

You must take your time to read advice given in the threads until you understand what you are being told.

Follow it to the T.

The BPA investigation can be dealt with after you have sorted your POPLA appeal.

Ensure that your crafted submission is as near to perfect as you can get it, no doubt if you post it here with the giveaway details redacted, some kind hearted expert will help you to get it right.

One thing that would help you would be to get the ParkingPranksters two guidance documents (one free and one a small payment). These explain the complete process and make it a bit easier to understand what all is being discussed within these threads.
