Hermes how long does pickup courier keep parcel

Up until now, I've found My Hermes to be excellent, including the tracking.


But with the last three parcels, the tracking doesn't seem to be working so well.


I took in one parcel on 29/12/14, it's been out with the courier since 31/12/14


I took in another parcel yesterday at 9am - the tracking indicated it wasn't picked up, but managed to get to the local depot by 11.06am yesterday, but it hasn't moved since then


I took in another parcel today at 9am, and nothing at all has happened on the tracking.


Previously, I had no issues with My Hermes, but with the last three I have no idea where my parcels are in the system. Just hoping they get to the buyers ok, especially yesterdays, as it sold for £72
