Vodafone
How do mobile companies like Vodafone think they can constantly ignore mails sent to them and keep customers. I have 4 products from Vodafone and yet when my daughters phone got broke it took them 5 weeks to replace it and they would give her 1 months free line rental (never happened). The next phone was a used phone that did not work. When she took it back they refused to replace it.
I spoke to them and it was all yes sir we will sort it out for your daughter. Guess what they have not. I have wrote to them via their web site and no joy.
So Vodafone as each product comes to the end of its contract it will be bye bye. And as my average bill is 250+ a month and being with them 7 years I would have expected better service.
I have also recently contacted them again via their website about 2 fraudulent payments taken from my bank account via debit card when I was not even in the country and as you will guess no response.
Just makes the leaving easier.
