Domino's Pizza Refund

Hi all,
Firstly i'm sorry if this is the wrong place to put this post, I'm unsure what category to ask this in.

After placing an order with Domino's the results were socking, The food was cold, The pizza was all over the place, it must of been squashed or something as i noticed they didn't have one of those plastic supports in the box either. And to top it off there was a long hair under the toppings.

I have tried to call the store and they have told me the manager is not there, They didn't seem to understand properly what i was trying to say or complain about. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what their policy is on refunds? I would not accept a replacement from them as i don't fancy going through this again and to be honest its just put me off.

Thank you for taking the time to read.

The Consumer Rights or PVW boards would probably be the best place for this - Ordering a Dominos is hardly "Going Out"

You should have taken it back to the shop (uneaten of course) dumped it on the counter, explained the situation and asked for a refund.

I think that's a good summary of all of their pizzas :D
  • If you speak to the manager, they can issue a refund. You have to call the store specifically, and leave your name if the manager isn't available.

Usually they'll offer the choice of a refund or a replacement.

Head Office won't help, because the stores are franchises, so they'll just redirect you back to the franchise.
