Tesco or Sainsbury ISA experience

Thinking of transferring a cash ISA to one of these as the 1.45% rate is better than the current 0.5% I am getting. However reviews of both banks on ReviewCentre are pretty dire; mainly terrible customer service and sometimes difficulty withdrawing money. I would be using them for a cash ISA only, hopefully managed online.

Has anyone used either just for their ISA and what has been your experience?

I have limited experience with the Sainsbury's Cash ISA. I took one out last November and they were very efficient at completing a Transfer-in (from Nationwide) and accepting new 2014-15 contributions.

I didn't get much progress information from them, but online access to the account proved to be current, accurate and clear.

    Hope this helps.
