Hi I have just had my account yesterday transferred from my mum to me,it was taken out out in September 2014. Speaking with Vodafone online and chat I have different responses too if I can get the employee discount applied. The employee discount was already on the account prior to transferring. If anybody knows I would be grateful before I drag my dad in too able able to do it this weekend.

Now that the number has been transferred to you, your dad will need to re-apply to arrange for the discount to be added to your account.
This needs to be done within 30 days of the transfer being completed.

I went in and did discount in store Saturday showing my dads work id as he doesn't have work email. Been told would take 24 to 48 hours to apply nothing has happened and one person at live chat had told me it was being processed and another said nothing was happening. Can you look into this for me?
