best euro cash exchange

Hi I am getting married in Ibiza later in the year and wanted to see if anyone knew the way to get the best rate for getting euro cash. I know the best way is to use a specialized card but if I pay for most services in Cash I will avoid the 10% tax added to them. I will be looking to exchange upwards of £10,000 and any advice is appreciated.
