What prizes make you cringe?

For me - muscle build-up supplements, weight loss/gym memberships and personal trainers! The thought of anyone (whether a George Clooney look-a-like or not) following me around a gym and making me exercise makes me really cringe!
:TA big thanks to all who post and sprinkling lucky dust to all who enter :smileyhea

The prizes that they seemed to have found at the back of a cupboard. Scourers were a good one through vileda advent. Maybe the ones that need loads of effort for the tiniest bottle of bubble bath!
    New start.... positive vibes

    Back Comping in 2024!
  • Meet and greets make me cringe and blush, I'll often see a great looking comp for a theatre weekend in London and then realise a meet and greet with the cast is part of the prize which puts me completely off entering :o:(
    :D
  • As above! Personal trainer sessions, meet and greets, marathon entries :eek:Also not a fan of the "win some ordinary object a celebrity has used" ones but there aren't too many of them, or horror DVDs/blurays. Yuk! I am still glad they are there though for people who would love to win them!
  • Earlier today I saw a comp for a mattress slept on by one of the Stereokicks boys in the X Factor. Worst of all - 9 people had thanked the poster :p

Each to their own I guess!
I just enter and forget...hoping to win something! :)

A makeover - I'd NEVER enter a competition for one of these. The idea makes me shudder.

Or a personal shopper. I'm thrifty and a bit of a bargain hunter. It would be a huge waste of everyone's time:p

Self catering holidays, whether UK or abroad.

Luxury holidays: then T&C says 3 star.

Descriptions llike "fantastic...", "ultimate ...", "VIP .....", etc

Home cinema then you find it has a 32 inch screen ...

    Selfie

    One day weekend breaks
    thanks to all posters

I've changed my facebook username to NOBODY so when I enter FB comps I press the "Like" button it will say NOBODY likes this
