I just wondered how the OP got on?
Somebody told me that they heard on the radio yesterday that NPE have had to refund at least 40 people and approx 30 are still waiting to hear from them.
Some local houses have had leaflets through their letterboxes advising folk not to pay if they have rec'd a fine - not sure who has been sending them though.0
