How to view/stream an episode from a year old TV series

I recorded Homeland series 3 last year and am currently viewing it. For some reason which I have only just realised, episode 8, The Red Wheelbarrow, failed.
Is there some way I can download this episode on my IPad (I have Chromecast) without subscribing to something like Netflix?

I tend to use youtubeonfire.com and choose tv series. I was able to watch all of game of thrones on this as I don't get sky Atlantic on VirginMortgage = [STRIKE]£113,495 (May 2009)[/STRIKE] £67462.74 Jun 20190
