How do I escalate an Ebay refund?

    I think this is yet another ebay bug - because I had exactly the same problem as the OP. The case gets stuck at "ask the seller for a postage label", there's no way to escalate it or do anything. The only button you can press is "contact seller for a postage label". I didn't find a fix, fortunately my seller refunded me without sending the item back.

    I phoned Ebay today. I was really nervous and got myself confused... couldn't remember dates or amounts, but they were fantastic. ( I had everything written down before I phoned but couldn't remember where I put it!)

    They have refunded all my money!
    I am so delighted.


    I have been selling on Ebay for the past 7 years- only things that we don't need anymore- and have not had to deal with anyone quite so difficult before. Had he been smarter I may well have crumbled and settled for a partial refund....
