2 x O2 Upgrades how can I get a good deal?

Hi,
My wife and I have both just finished an O2 24month contract each. We booth want to upgrade our phones and also our allowances a little. We are happy to stay with O2 but the book price for the tariff's we want are 28 and 33 pounds respectively. What's the best way to get either some discount or say a free case each thrown into the deal, do we have any power over O2 by having two accounts or by threatening to leave.
Where is the best place to doo it, ideally I want to go in store as its easier but not sure if they will discount or throw in a case?
Thanks,

tariffs, NOT tariff's
Free cases isn't a big deal - you can try.
For anything more significant, the only way is to get your PACs 30 days before the minimum term expires and wait for their retentions team to call you. While waiting shop around to get prepared to the phone call.
Also you can check O2 upgrading options at other companies like CPW, including Quidco/TCB cashback for such companies.
That said, normally new customers can get better deals. So, if you really want a good deal, don't dismiss deals for new customers - at O2 and other providers. Loyalty costs nothing nowadays.
Also, often it is cheaper to buy a phone outright and to use it on PAYG or a sim-only contract.0 -
Thanks for the advice, on grammar as well as phones!0

I'd simply find a deal you want. Be it via another provider or the likes of carphone warehouse then call O2. Say you've seen said deal which is cheaper and suits your needs better. If they can't match it get your PACs and leave.
In my recent experiences with O2 (I usually sort out several family members contracts as they're elderly and not very savvy about such things) they have no customer loyalty options and couldn't care less if you leave. This time two years ago all my family and friends were with O2. Now I only know one person with O2 because the best they could offer when upgrading was always more expensive than other providers. And their 'retentions' offers were always poor.
If you like the coverage check tesco mobile. They use O2's network.Sigless0
