Thanks so much Mrs Cheshire for starting a new thread and for keeping my number 7 for me- I was thrilled to get back from holiday and find that. Xx

Doing the original pound per week number and going to try and go backwards although have started the year with 51,52,1,2 as a tight month money wise. Managed to complete the challenge last year but then had to replace our car in December which more or less wiped out our savings.

Off to do food shopping soon to save a few £'s on eating out in Jan - hoping for some reduced bargains as I'm going later than usual!

  • Happy New Year everyone .

Did this weekly savings on the old thread and found it a nice little challenge. Didn't do too badly and managed to save in the region of around £500 which i was very pleased with :T.

Would like to join in on the £1 in week 1 challenge and have already put aside £1 YAY! Aiming to follow the plan in weekly order.

    £1/£1378

    Good luck :D
